Giant Birthday Card to America

The Winter Garden Heritage Foundation invites every member of our community — neighbors, families, longtime residents, and newcomers alike, to add their name and heartfelt message to a very special Birthday Card. More than just a card, this is a collective love letter from our hometown to our nation, a chance for the people of West Orange County to speak directly to the country that has shaped our lives, our values, and our community.

Whether you want to say thank you, share a memory, reflect on what this milestone means to you, or simply sign your name alongside your neighbors, every voice belongs here. No message is too big or too small, because America’s story has always been made up of ordinary people with extraordinary things to say.

Once the celebration concludes, this Birthday Card will be carefully preserved in the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation’s permanent archive as a living time capsule, a testament to who we were, what we believed, and how we felt during this remarkable milestone year. Future generations will open these pages and find our community exactly as we are today: proud, grateful, and deeply rooted in the American spirit.

Add your voice to history. Sign the card. Be part of the story.

Stop by the Winter Garden Heritage Museum (21 E. Plant St.) from Tuesday – Saturday anytime between 11 am – 3 pm to sign the card.
