Parramore Arts is a gallery without walls to showcase free public art installations at Interstruct’s redevelopment site located at 814 W. Church Street in Parramore. The initiative showcases free public art as a 24/7 active use experience on the West Church Corridor and is co-curated by Pat Greene and Interstruct CEO Ryan Young.
Visitors can interact with an AR mural, All Love Seeks Unity, that is part of the City Unseen public [AR]t project by Snap! Orlando.
ArtCube™ is a shipping container micro gallery and is a permanent fixture of Interstruct’s redevelopment efforts and part of a growing conversation about thoughtful, community-connected placemaking. At its core, the ArtCube™ invites people to pause, look closer, and experience the city a little differently—while growing a creative community around the shared experience of public art.
Each ArtCube™ multimedia installation is temporary, site-aware, and created in collaboration with emerging and established artists. Parramore Arts commissions a new work every quarter with opening night tied to Third Thursday Orlando in January, April, July and October. All are welcome. Works are on view 24/7 but best seen after dark.
Between exhibitions, the INTERmission series features short-form video art from around the world, utilizing the full capabilities of the ArtCube’s integrated technology.
