Inside the historic André Smith Residence at the Art & History Museums of Maitland, only eight guests will gather for an intimate culinary evening guided by Chef Carlos Camacho, Open Scene’s Culinary Experiences Expert.

Together, guests will prepare a holiday dessert by hand, learning the technique behind the recipe while sharing wine, music, and conversation. Flour, sugar, spices, and memory become part of the same ritual, one shaped by celebration, family traditions, and the quiet joy of making something together.

Chef Carlos brings years of professional culinary experience in Orlando’s demanding kitchens to an evening designed not only around flavor, but around presence.
