Priya Persaud

The Devyani Dancers are local to Central Florida and have been performing since 2009. Throughout the years, the Devyani Dancers have performed Bharatanatyam and Bollywood styled routines for a many different local cultural events.

They have performed for Crane’s Roost World Food Festival, Bengali Cultural Festival, FusionFest, Orange County’s AAPI events, AsiaTrend events, IABA events, IACC events, UCF cultural events, mandirs events and local Diwali shows.

Through the ancient dance forms of bharatanatyam, the dancers use hand gestures and facial expression to express themselves and depict stories.
