Most recently, Meka founded her own entertainment production company, Sonflower Joy Music Entertainment which features acts that showcase innovative and interactive themed entertainment experiences. Fueled by her passion to give back, Meka founded SJM Creative, a full service artist consulting firm. The company helps artists hone their skills and build a better presence for their unique artistry.
THE ARTIVIST
Meka also founded Central Florida Entertainment Advocacy. CFEA is promotes diversity, equity and inclusion in the arts and entertainment industry. CFEA’s calls to action and advocacy has lead to significant change in the Central Florida area and beyond. Meka’s organization KINGDOM Ministries also impacts the community by reaching out to local families in need throughout the year.
