Devon Jane is a visual artist residing in Orlando, Florida. She is a fourth generation self taught artist who specializes in acrylic painting but dabbles in everything. Devon Jane currently shows her work in galleries and art shows/markets across Florida and sells her work nationally.
She creates contemporary symbolic paintings that reinterpret mythology through the natural world. Rather than illustrating myths directly, she translates archetypal figures and ideas into animals, plants, and landscapes, using nature as a language for exploring psychology, reverence, beauty, fear, and transformation.
